Unifique is the telecommunications operator with the best broadband internet, fixed telephony, and pay-TV in Brazil, consolidating itself as the largest independent fiber optic provider in the Southern Region of Brazil, according to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). It offers solutions for residences and businesses, combining the best fiber optic technology with a high standard of service, with the mission of making people’s lives easier.

Strategically located in the southern region of Brazil, the Company, at the end of 2023, had over 719,000 customers and served more than 443 municipalities in the south of Brazil. The Company has over 54 physical stores and has expanded to more than 37,000 km of installed fiber optics in the south of Brazil, with a lean and scalable business model that has enabled strong growth in the region with high profitability. A highlight is the launch of the fully 5G mobile service in November 2023 in the city of Garuva and subsequently in the cities of Guabiruba, Timbó, Tijucas, and São João Itaperiú, all located in Santa Catarina.

Our trajectory is marked by expertise in acquiring assets and companies, absorbing synergies, and integrating operations quickly, securely, and effectively. This has contributed to the territorial expansion of our network. Between 2021 and June 2024, there were 20 acquisitions (including asset purchases, customer portfolios, and companies), with a highlight on the geographical expansion to the state of Rio Grande do Sul in recent years.

Another significant milestone achieved by Unifique was the Data Center achieving Tier III certification from the Uptime Institute. The certification attests to the highest quality in service delivery, ensuring high availability of 99.982% and up to 72 hours of protection against power interruption.
